Another observation of Italy

I forgot to mention that with Mr. Prodi's resignation, that the new government of Italy will be the 62nd since 1945. That's right. That's an average of about one new government per year. That shows how fragile parliamentary democracy can become. Compare that with United States Presidencies. In 1945 it was FDR and thus has followed Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush again. That's only 13 different Presidencies in roughly the same time period. Just thought I'd share.
