There's not many better feelings in investing than to see a stock you were looking at lose more than a quarter of its value in one day. Can you say discount? Actually there is a reason for the fall, but I'm going to look over it in the next few days and then it may be time to back up the truck. S to speak.
Duke dominated Carolina last night. For the first 35 minutes or so. Then Carolina came back and won. It wasn't pretty, but this isn't figure skating either.
I was going to blog about the astronaut story. But really, I can't add anything else to it. Highest of high comedy. The Upright Citizens Brigade was right about astronauts.

The Scooter Libbey trial is very odd. Now they're interrogating Tim Russert on the stand and what he knows. This normally doesn't happen to him. It's normally him doing the interrogating. If it's Sunday, it's Meet the Press!
Appalachian has been getting some press about possibly sneaking into March Madness as an at-large team. They've done well, but I'm a tad skeptical of that, especially since the loss to Furman. I still think that they'd have to win the Southern Conference Tournament to get a win. Still, if they won out and at least got to the SoCon final, a bid is possible. But that depends on a lot of other stuff to happen.
