Postseason Analysis: Indy-Baltimore

It was a game surprisingly devoid of touchdowns. Not only that, the team who most would have figured to lose in such a scenario, won fairly easily. Indianapolis was just tougher than Baltimore today in the 15-6 win. Steve McNair and the Baltimore offense was never able to put together a decent drive into the end zone. The Baltimore defense played valiantly but was unable to solve the Indy defense as well as the Indy defense did Baltimore. This is starting to look like the year Manning can lead his team to the Super Bowl. And it's a year when he isn't putting up ridiculous numbers! But let's not reserve the hotel rooms in Miami yet. If San Diego wins, Indy will have to meet the Chargers in San Diego. If New England wins, Indy will get a home game, but it will be against their foe who has generally beat them when it counts in the last few years. Special props to Vinatieri for capitalizing whenever Indy got him in range. He went 5/5 on FGs. If the Patriots beat the Chargers, they may regret letting him go.
